Designing of training sessions for the professional training of ordinary and junior commanders who first joined the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

Abstract

When training ordinary and junior officers, who were firstly joined to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, special attention should be paid to the theoretical foundations of the organization of the educational process. "All great things start with small ones". Is the process of designing an educational process, which allows the teacher to organize such conditions that involve the audience in the learning process and make it interesting and effective. Trainees of vocational training are adults who seek to gain knowledge, skills and pro-
fessional experience here and now. Therefore, special techniques, methods and tools offered by the andragogical approach are in need. The andragogical approach is aimed at optimizing vocational training, taking into account its short-term nature and complexity of its content. Based
on the principles of didactics, a modern teacher is able to organize educational activities that promote the assimilation of knowledge and skills by students and meet their educational needs. In this study, based on the analysis of scientific and legal sources, the essence of the concept of
professional training of employees who were first recruited to the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation is defined. It includes not only the knowledge component, but also the values of the profession of a police officer. The didactic principles and the basic principles of the
andragogical approach to training in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are substantiated, and an algorithm for constructing an educational lesson within the framework of professional training for new police officers is developed.
